| 摘 要： | 基于来自中国5个城市的居民家庭饮食消费调查数据，利用Tobit模型实证分析了城市居民家庭白酒消费的影响因素。研究结果表明，不同因素对城市居民在家、在外白酒消费的影响效果是不同的，在分析居民家庭白酒消费影响因素问题时必须引入在外白酒消费；城市居民家庭人均月收入与白酒消费量呈倒U型关系，目前收入水平仍处于白酒消费上升阶段，短期内增加的白酒消费需求将消耗更多的粮食。 |

| Abstract: | This study related the social-demographic characteristics of urban Chinese consumers to their consumption of Chinese spirits.A Tobit Model was estimated drawing on diary-base household survey data recently collected in 3 cities in China.The results indicated that the effects of different influencing factors on at-home consumption and away-from-home consumption differed significantly,so it was necessary to combine both together in studying consumption of Chinese spirits.Meanwhile,we found that the relationship between Chinese spirits consumption and income was shaped as an inverted "U",and the average consumption level currently was still on the upward sloping part of the contour,suggesting a rising utilization of grains for spirits distillation in the future. |
