摘    要:水下跨接管通常用于连接管线与管汇、管线与采油树、管汇与采油树、管线与立管等,是水下生产系统重要的连接元件。从深水跨接管的优化设计的目的出发,提出了影响深水跨接管设计的主要因素,包括几何形状、功能要求、连接器、涡激振动、地质灾害、容许误差、安装要求、规范等。研究了上述因素对深水跨接管设计的影响规律,在此基础上阐明如何合理选择设计参数,旨在为深水跨接管的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:Jumpers are important connection components of subsea production system, which are frequently used to join pipelines to manifolds,flowlines to trees,manifolds to trees, or pipelines to risers.Starting from the purpose of optimization procedure of deep-water jumper, primary influence factors of deep-water design are developed,including configuration, functional requirements,connector,VIV,geologic hazard,tolerance,installation requirement, criterion,etc.The influence regulation to deep-water jumper design from these factors are investigated,and the method to choose design parameters is clarified,aiming to offer reference for optimization procedure of deep-water jumper.
