摘    要:文中从设备冬季现场组对焊接施工的实际出发,分析了低温环境下焊接裂纹产生的原因,并从钢的淬硬倾向、氢的有害影响、焊接拘束应力等方面采取控制措施,防止了焊接裂纹的产生,保证了低温环境下容器的焊接质量。

Abstract:The causes for welding cracks under low temperature environment were analyzed based on the practice of equipment fitting up and welding construction in winter site,and control measures were taken from the aspects of the harden quenching tendency of steel,the adverse effect of hydrogen and the welding restraint stress and the like,thus the occurrence of welding cracks have been prevented and the welding quality of vessels under low temperature have been ensured.
