Abstract:Based on the overall arrangement structure of an aluminum electro-coating workshop and DH+ based PLC control network,a real time supervise system is developed with LabWindows/CVI software.The data communication between the PLC and LabWindows/CVI is served by RSlinx C SDK.The supervise system has an effective and user-friendly human-machine interface,and is capable of performing on-line monitoring,including data acquisition,transmission,display,and control,as well as data archiving.
