AlSb内声子之间相互作用对极化子性质影响的研究

采用Ｌ．Ｌ．Ｐ提出的方法，在理论上研究了声子之间相互作用对ＡｌＳｂ内极化子性质的影响。结果表明：当动量趋于零时，声子之间的相互作用对极化子性质无影响，当动量达到某一值时，声子之间相互作用的能量占极化子总量能非常显著的部分。

Studies on The Influences of Interaction Between Phonons on The Character of The Polaron in A AlSb

The infiuence of the interaction between phonons on the character of the polaron in a AlSb theoretically are studied by means of the method by L.L.P. It is shown that there is no influence of the interaction between phonons on the character of the polaron in the AlSb when the momentum is at zero and the energy of the interaction between phonons hold the notable part of the total energy of the polaron in the AlSb when the momentum reach a certain value.
