摘    要:介绍了短期负荷预测软件 fhycl.0的没计原则、系统构成、预测模型库、数据校核的原理以及简易专家系统、跨平台接口的实现。该软件人机界面友好、运行稳定、迅速,提供多种预测模型,适用范围广泛。

Abstract:Some main problems of fhyc 1.0 short-term load forecasting software,such as principles of designing,structure ofsystem,forecasting model library,elements of data checking,simple expert system and how to realize the cross-flat interface areintroduced in this paper.The software is with good man-machine interface,high computational speed and good stability,able toprovide various forecasting models,so that it would has a wide application bound.
