| Abstract: | General survey of reservoir safety is carried out in the whole country, which forms a solid foundation for strengthening risky reservoirs and reservoir safety management in the future. The components of appraisal and assessment of safety of dams and reservoirs are introduced systematically. It is highlighted that appraisal and assessment of dam safety is of great meaning to the current survey of reservoir safety conditions in China. |
