摘    要:用线阵CCD扫描获取圆孔图像,通过图像识别确定圆心,实现孔系位置精密测量。以所提出的识别弦端点确定图像圆心坐标的算法,对500根弦的中点坐标进行滤波处理,可使识别误差接近图像像素距离。采用边缘慢、中部快的变速扫描方案,密化了有效采样点,使圆心坐标在X,Y方向的重复度均小于4μm。

Abstract:Acquiring circular hole image with linear array CCD and determining center of a circle through image recognition, a precision measurement of hole series is performed. The middle coordinates of 500 chords are filtered and processed through an algorithm that determines image center coordinate by identifying the end points of chords, thus the recognition error approaches image pixel distance. Effective sampling points are thickened by using a variable-speed scanning scheme, i.e., scanning speed is low at hole edge and fast in the center, thus both repeatability at X and Y directions of the central coordinate are less than 4 microns.
