摘    要:分析了无缝通信标准IEC 61850的特点及传统应用中存在的不足,提出基于IEC61850标准的So C芯片架构设计方案,其中SV、GOOSE采用硬件方式进行解码,针对IEC 61850芯片与智能装置的集成以及二次设备的就地化方案进行了探讨,并对IEC 61850芯片的应用给智能电网通信系统架构及性能带来的革命性影响进行了展望。

Abstract:The features and deficiencies in the traditional applications of seamless communication standards IEC 61850 are analyzed, the hardware is used encoding and decoding for SV and GOOSE. SoC architecture design based on the IEC 61850 standard is proposed, The solutions of IEC 61850 chip integrated with intelligent devices are discussed, and the schemes of secondary equipment localization are investigated. the revolutionary effects of the application of IEC 61850 chip on smart grid communication system architecture and performance is discussed.
