北京市城镇居民家庭鸡蛋消费的基本特征分析

摘    要:利用入户调查数据,采用统计研究方法,对北京市城镇居民鸡蛋的购买量、消费量、消费支出、产品信息来源、购买渠道、品牌鸡蛋以及鸡蛋在动物性食品消费中的地位等特征进行了系统的分析,并提出了鸡蛋生产者、供应者和销售商在应对鸡蛋市场竞争中的市场策略和建议。

Abstract:Based on the household survey data,we systematically analyzd some characteristics on egg consumption of Beijing urban residents,such as the purchase quantity,the amount of consumption,consumer spending,the?source of products' information,channels for purchasing,brand of eggs,the status of?eggs in the?animal-food consumption and other characteristics by statistical?methods.Besides,we made marketing strategies and recommendations for the egg producers,suppliers and distributors that could be useful when facing the intense competition in egg market.
