| 摘 要： | 对场站航材保障效能的综合评价,采用变异系数法与空间统计学距离评价法相结合的综合排序法.首先通过变异系数法给出各指标的权重,然后再根据评价对象的状态值进行综合排序.实际应用表明该方法的评价结果合理,可有效提高航材保障效能评价质量.

| Abstract: | For air materiel support effectiveness evaluation, an evaluation method is put forward by integrating the variance coefficient and the distance evaluation of space statistic. This method utilizes variance coefficient to provide the weights of every factors at first. Then, ranking is done based on the decision-making objects. An example of practical application shows that the evaluating results by this method are reasonable and it can improve the efficiency of air materiel support effectiveness evaluation. |
