| 摘 要： | 分析了地铁运营组织与管理的各项影响因素,经过对影响因素的分析筛选构建起一个评价指标体系;将层次分析法与模糊理论相结合建立起一个地铁运营组织与管理的模糊综合评价模型,并给出了示例验证该模型.

| Abstract: | the authors analyzed various influence factors on metro operation organization and management, through which an evaluation index system was constructed. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of a metro operation organization and management was established by combining the analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy theory. An example was given to verify the model. |
