摘    要:用两个运动的带电粒子代替电流元,且忽略库仑场和涡旋场,只考虑磁场相互作用,根据磁感应强度和磁矢势推导出两电流元服从牛顿第三定律的一个充分条件,从而得出在非稳恒情形下运动电荷与电磁场一起的总动量和总角动量是守恒的.

Discussion on the Current Element Interactions with the Newtonian Third Law in the Magnetic Field

Abstract:Two moving charged particles were used to substitute the current unit, and the Coulomb field and the vortex field were ignored at the condition of only considering the magnetic field interactions. According to the magnetic induction and magnetic vector potential, a sufficient condition was derived about two current units which obey Newton's third law. Finally, in the non - steady electromagnetic field, a Conclusion was reached that the total momentum and angular momentum among the moving charge and electromagnetic field are conserved.
