摘    要:总结北京奥运会和上海世博会中所使用的电池快速更换设备不足之处,从多自由度柔性的角度进行分析,提出新型电池快换设备设计方案.新型换电设备具有多自由度柔性对接,模糊定位,自动取放的功能,同时也提高了换电效率.

Research on New Type Swapping Equipment of Pure Electric Bus Battery

Abstract:The deficiency of the battery swapping equipment used in the Beijing Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo was discussed, and a design scheme of a new battery swapping equipment, which has multi degree of freedom and flexibility, was proposed. The new equipment can joint the butt with multi degree of freedom and flexibility, and has the function of inaccurate positioning as well as automatic pick and place. Above all, it can improve the battery swapping efficiency.
