渣油制氨厂含氰废水加压水解脱氰的理论与实践

摘    要:加压水解脱氰是去除难降解的含氰废水中氰化物的有效方法之一。尽管在理论上脱氰后出水[CN~-]可以小于0.5mg/L但生产上达到该指标有相当难度。经过10来年的研究和生产探索,目前反应出水[CN~-]在0.35mg/L左右。总结大量文献资料和生产数据,分析脱氰反应的影响因素和生产工艺参数方面的理论和实践及优化的参数搭配。

Abstract:The hydrolysis decyanation under pressure is one of the effective methods to eliminate cyanide in the waste water,which is difficult to decomposite.It may be allowed that CN-]is less than 0.5mg/L in drain water in theory,but it is rather difficult in the production.Through years of research work,ZRCC got to the capacity of disign in 1994.At present,CN-] can be controlled to about 0.35mg/L.Summarizing lots of informations and production data,this article describes the theory and practice on the factors that influence the decyanation reaction and the process parameters and finds out an excellent parameter configuration.
