赤峰热电厂6号炉省煤器局部磨损分析与对策

摘    要:针对赤峰热电厂6号锅炉省煤器底层管排出现的局部磨损及部分管排外表结垢等异常现象,通过对锅炉尾部受热面状况进行观察,并运用飞灰对锅炉受热面产生磨损的机理进行综合分析,得出锅炉省煤器下部的立管式空气预热器管束局部堵塞、含有飞灰的锅炉烟气产生偏流是造成省煤器下部管排磨损、外表结垢积灰的直接原因.为避免锅炉省煤器运行中发生磨损,提出在检修、维护中应对堵塞的管束内部进行疏通.

Abstract:No. 6 boiler economizer tube bottom of the lower partial wear and part of tube row outside scaling, through observation of the rear boiler heating surface and comprehansive analysis on fly ash in boiler heating surface abrasion mechanism, it is found out par- tial blokage of air preheater tube clusters are formed in the lower part of the vertical tube. Fly ash containing the boiler flue gases pro- duces bias causes economizer tube row and lower abrasion scaling fouling. In order to avoid and alleviate the boiler economizer wearing in running, it puts forward clearing the top fouling of vertical tube air preheater, and the dredgeing of blocked tube clusters.
