钨酸盐与BTA对碳钢协同缓蚀作用的研究

摘    要:采用电化学阻抗谱方法研究了钨酸盐和苯并三氮唑(BTA)对碳钢的协同缓蚀作用。两者单独使用时钨酸盐的缓蚀作用比BTA显著,复配使用时表现出协同缓蚀效应,升高pH对协同缓蚀作用有利。此外还用表面分析法分析了碳钢表面膜,证明Na2WO4和BTA参与了表面膜的形成。

Abstract:In this paper, the corrosion inhibition behavior of tungstate or benzotriazole(BTA) used alone and of their combination in solutions containing C1' was studied using electrochemical techniques. The results indicaed that the inhibition efficiency of tungstate was higher than that of BTA. The efficiency increased with increasing concentration of tungstater or BTA. It had been found in the studies of synergis-tic effect of tungstate and BTA that in pH 9. 0 solution, the largest R, could been obtained in solution with the concentration ratio of tungstate/BTA being l : 1. Lowering the pH value of solution would reduce the effciency of inhibitors, especially in binary inhibitors. The results of surface analysis showed there are W, C,N,O and Fe elements in the protecting film formed in binary inhibiors.
