摘    要:功率单元的设计是四象限高压变频器的核心。本文提出一种水冷散热方式的单元结构,通过理论计算、热仿真分析,得到水冷板的温升等数据;并对功率单元进行试制,进行了温升测试。通过对比,验证该功率单元结构的可行性。

Abstract:The design of power unit is crucially important part of high power four-quadrant inverter.In this paper,a structure of water-cooling power unit is proposed.Temperature and other data sources of cold plate are obtained by theoretical calculation and thermal simulation analysis.And the power unit was trial-manufactured,temperature test was carried out.By compared experiments,the structure of power unit was proved.
