啤酒厂酿造车间的水网络优化

摘    要:根据操作单元的类型和杂质特点将啤酒厂酿造车间众多用水操作归类,并把所有的约束条件(包括pH、温度等)进行量化。以水网络超结构模型为基础,建立了经一些约束条件简化的,具有操作柔性的新型水网络模型。以该模型为依据,对酿造车间水网络进行了模拟优化和设计。

Abstract:All the operations in the brewing workshop were classified according to the operation types and the nature of the contaminants. Furthermore, all of the constraint conditions including pH and temperature etc. were quantified. Based on the water network super-structure model, a new water network model with operational flexibility was developed to deal with the above-mentioned operations. Depending on the model, the water network in the brewing workshop was developed and optimized simultaneously.
