| 摘 要： | Lotus Notes的工作流技术和群件技术尤其适合以工作流程为中心的第二代办公自动化系统的开发。基于苏州大学办公自动化系统开发的苏州大学办公自动化管理与维护系统为原有系统提供了一个有力的安全保障，使原有系统的功能得到了进一步扩充。文章主要介绍苏州大学办公自动化管理与维护系统的结构、功能、特点及主要技术，并具体讲述了该系统的实现方法，最后，对管理与维护系统取得的效果和发展前景作了小结。

| Abstract: | The workflow technology and groupware technology of Lotus Notes are very suitable for developing OA system of the second generation. The management and maintenance system of Suzhou University's OA system is based on the OA system of Suzhou University. It provides a firm safeguard and expands the functions for the original system. In this article it mainly introduces the structure, functions, characteristic, main technology and discusses the realization of the system. |
