| 摘 要： | 在加工工件上的小孔梯形内螺旋深槽时，经常采用的是单刀多次拉削的工艺方法，这种加工方法满足不了大批生产时对策痃的要求，为此，提出了用“成组拉刀”取代单把拉刀进行拉削的高效工艺方法，并为“成组内螺旋深槽拉刀设计”提供了一种合理、简捷的设计方法。

| Abstract: | When machining the helical Acme depth groove in a small hole on the workpiece, traditional technological process mostly uses multi broaching by a single broach. This machining method can' t meet the requirement of productivity in the mess production. This paper, therefore puts forward a high-efficiency broaching technological process by the set of broaches replacing a single broach and presents a reasona-ble, simple design method of the set of broaches on the helical Acme depth groove. |
