摘    要:侧封技术是薄带连铸工艺中的关键问题,直接影响薄带质量和工序流程。主要介绍薄带连铸的现状,并从固体侧封技术、电磁侧封技术、气体侧封技术3个方面进行阐述,着重介绍交变磁场电磁侧封技术和固体侧封板的材质。结果表明,虽然电磁侧封和气体侧封技术具有明显优势,但是当前技术还不够成熟,存在能耗大、不稳定、设备复杂等缺陷;对固体侧封技术而言,传统耐火材料不能满足薄带连铸工艺的要求,而BN为基的复合陶瓷材料结合气体侧封是当前最适合的侧封技术。

Abstract:Side seal technology is a key question for the thin strip continuous casting process, directly affecting the thin strip quality and process flow. The current status of thin strip continuous casting was introduced from the aspects of solid edge dam, electromagnetic edge dam and gas edge dam, focusing on the introduction of alternating magnetic field electromagnetic side sealing technology and the material category of solid side sealing. The results show that although the electromagnetic edge dam and gas edge dam have obvious advantages, the current technologies were not mature enough, and have the shortcoming of energy consumption, instability, equipment complexity and so on. As for the solid side sealing technology, traditional refractories can’t fulfill the requirements of thin strip continuous casting process, and BN- based composite ceramic materials combined with gas side dam are currently the most suitable side sealing technology.
