摘    要:硅锰渣是冶炼硅锰合金产生的最多的废渣。随着科技的不断进步,硅锰渣的利用由胶凝材料向高附加值产品方向发展。通过对硅锰渣的矿物学特征进行描述,综述了利用硅锰渣制备矿棉、微晶玻璃、水泥、混凝土掺合料、透水砖等材料的研究现状、应用及性能评价,同时也对其应用前景进行了展望。“新一步法”制备矿棉既可以实现硅锰渣的高附加值利用,又符合国家的节能环保政策,是硅锰渣资源化利用的一种发展趋势。

Abstract:The largest waste in silico- manganese alloy production is silico- manganese slag. With the improvement of scientific and technological, the use of silico- manganese slag develops from cementing material to the direction of high added value. The characteristics and mineral property of silico- manganese slag were discussed and the development of mineral wool glass ceramics, cement, concrete composite and water permeable brick, which were produced by silico- manganese slag, were summarized. And the application prospect of silico- manganese slag was also put forward. The new one- step process preparation of mineral wool can not only achieve the high value- added utilization of silico- manganese slag, but also meet the national energy conservation and environmental protection policies. It is a development trend of the utilization of silico- manganese slag.
