紫茎泽兰提取物对烟草疫霉菌的抑制作用研究

摘    要:  目的  为探讨紫茎泽兰提取物对烟草疫霉菌的抑制作用,为其进一步的开发和利用奠定理论基础,  方法  采用室内抑菌试验研究了紫茎泽兰叶、茎、根3个器官的乙醇提取物对烟草疫霉菌丝生长、孢子囊产生及游动孢子释放的影响。  结果  结果表明:紫茎泽兰叶、茎、根3个器官的乙醇提取物均可显著地抑制烟草疫霉菌丝的生长、孢子囊的产生以及游动孢子的释放,抑制效果随处理浓度的增大而增强;叶、茎、根乙醇提取物对烟草疫霉菌的抑菌中浓度(EC50)分别为7.74 mg/mL、13.63 mg/mL和16.38mg/mL;在处理浓度为10mg/mL时,叶、茎、根3个器官乙醇提取物对孢子囊产生及游动孢子释放的抑制率均在50%以上。  结论  紫茎泽兰不同器官乙醇提取物均对烟草疫霉菌均表现出显著的抑制效果,其中以叶片的乙醇提取物的抑菌效果最佳,茎和根次之。

Study on the inhibitory effect of Eupatorium adenophorum extracts on Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae

Abstract:In order to evaluate the inhibitory effect of Eupatorium adenophorum extract on tobacco black shank, and provide a theoretical foundation for further development and application, effects of ethanol extract from three organs (leaves, stems and roots) of Eupatorium adenophorum on mycelial growth, sporangium yield and zoospore release rate of Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae were investigated using petri-dish. Results showed that, ethanol extracts of leaves, stems and roots on E. adenophorum could significantly inhibit growth of mycelium, sporangium yield and zoospore release rate, and the effect increased with enhanced treatment concentration. The median effective concentration (EC50) of ethanol extract of leaves, stems and roots on E. adenophorum was 7.74, 13.63 and 16.38 mg/mL, respectively. At the concentration of 10mg/mL, the inhibition rate of ethanol extracts from leaves, stems and roots on sporangium yield and zoospore release rate was above 50%. Ethanol extract of leaves, stems and roots all showed inhibitory effect on Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae, with extract of leaves being better than that of stems and roots.
