亚临界湿蒸汽发生器研究与应用

摘    要:我国稠油热力开发始自20世纪80年代,经过20余年的大规模开发,高品位油藏的储量动用程度已经相当高,已经投入开发的油田基本上进入了高轮次、高含水、较高采出程度的开发阶段,产量持续下降。虽然特、超稠油资源较为丰富,但由于注汽工程技术的限制,没有形成产油能力。为增加超、特稠油储量动用程度,研制、开发了亚临界湿蒸汽发生器,并取得了较好的使用效果。亚临界湿蒸汽发生器已在胜利油田滨南采油厂推广应用5台,运行工况良好,各项技术指标均达到了设计要求。亚临界湿蒸汽发生器的配套和应用,提高了我国特稠油、超稠油井的开采水平。亚临界湿蒸汽发生器的研制、开发和工业化生产、试验和推广应用,在增加超、特稠油产量方面具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Heat power exploitation on heavy oil began in 1980s in our country. After large-scale exploitation over 20 years, the reserve of high-grade oil pools has been exploited deeply. And the oil fields have been in the stage of multiple-exploited, high water and poor oil ratio. So the output falls down continually. Though super heavy oil resource is abundant, no production capacity has been realized because of the restriction of steam injection technology. In order to increase the exploitation of super heavy oil, subcritical wet steam generator has been developed and a good effectiveness has been got. Five subcritical wet steam generators have been applied in Binnan district of Shengli oil field. The operating state is good and all technical parameters satisfy the design requirements. The application of subcritical wet steam generator has improved the exploitation level of heavy oil wells in our country. The development, industrial production and test & application give a spacious foreground for the increase of super heavy oil production.
