| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校的班级管理工作,直接关系着整个学校的教育质量和毕业生的基本素质。因此高等职业教育赋予辅导员更多内容、更高要求。为使辅导员充分发挥促进学生全面健康成长的作用,辅导员必须具备较高的综合素质,才能较好的开展好班级管理工作。

| Abstract: | The management of a class in higher professional colleges is relate directly to the education quality of the school and graduates' basic quality.Thus,the higher vocational education entrusts with the instructor more contents and higher requests.In order to enable the instructor the function to promote the students health growth,the instructor have to get high comprehensive quality to manage the class well. |
