舰载直升机主桨毂轴颈缺陷的涡流检测

摘    要:针对某型舰载直升机主桨毂轴颈故障的特点,在对直升机主桨毂轴颈缺陷特征进行分析的基础上,提出了利用涡流法实施无损检测的方案,并对涡流检测传感器的关键参数进行了设计与优化,制作了涡流传感器,进行了试验验证,证明检测效果良好。有效解决了该型直升机主桨毂轴颈涡流检测灵敏度低的问题,提高了飞行的安全可靠性。

Abstract:Aiming at the failure characteristics of the main hub of a certain type of shipborne helicopter,the eddy current testing method was put forward.In this paper,the key parameters of the eddy current sensor were designed and optimized,and the eddy current sensor was manufactured.The test proved that the flaw detection effect was good.This method can effectively solve the problem of low sensitivity of damage detection of helicopter main propeller hub journal,and improves flight safety and reliability.
