摘    要:针对埋地管道的腐蚀泄漏等安全问题,提出了一种可以应用于实际工程的检测方法,即埋地管道非开挖弱磁检测。通过对弱磁检测原理和缺陷定位算法的简要描述,验证了弱磁检测方法的可行性。利用实验室自主研发的弱磁检测仪对预置人工缺陷管道进行了试验,并对管体信号进行定量分析。结果表明,该方法对埋地管道缺陷的识别具有良好的检测效果,能确保管道在非开挖方式下和任何时期均可进行安全检测,实现了管体缺陷的二维成像。

Abstract:Aiming at the safety problems such as corrosion and leakage of buried pipelines, this paper presents a detection method for practical engineering applications, namely, trench-less weak magnetic field detection of buried pipelines. The principle of weak side detection and defect location algorithm are briefly described, and the feasibility of weak magnetic detection method is verified. The pipeline with artificial defect was tested and analyzed quantitatively by the self-developed weak magnetic field tester. The results show that the method is effective in identifying the defects of buried pipelines. It is concluded that pipelines can be safely inspected in trench-less manner and at any time and that two-dimensional imaging of pipe defects can also be achieved.
