高刚度钢管混凝土的性能研究

摘    要:通过Ansys有限元模型,以钢管混凝土结构为研究对象,对钢管混凝土刚度的影响因素进行了研究。主要内容如下:钢管混凝土刚度的大小,对结构力学性能的影响比较敏锐,要避免刚度削弱所带的工程危害;对钢管混凝土结构刚度的保障,提出了"强、流、密"的原则,即:高强度的外部钢管,以及高流动、高密实的内在自密实混凝土等,并提出了一些具有参考性的工程建议。

Abstract:Through the Ansys finite element model,with the concrete filled steel tubular structure as the research object,the influencing factor of the concrete filled steel tubular stiffness is studied.The primary contents are as follows:the stiffness size of the concrete filled steel tubular is quite keen to the structure mechanics performance’s influence,we must avoid the project harm of the stiffness weaken;To the concrete filled steel tubular in stiffness safeguard,the principles are proposed in "strong,fluid,dense",namely:high strength exterior steel pipe,as well as high flowing and high-density of internal self compacting concrete etc.,and some referential suggestion in engineering are proposed.
