调速器附加控制对孤立电网频率稳定的作用

摘    要:单纯的频率反馈控制无法及时进行功率平衡,易使系统频率发生较大偏移和振荡;功频电液调速器虽然能够对功率进行控制,但对一次调频却有反作用。针对上述问题介绍了调速附加控制,将功率偏差作为反馈量,设计了包括比例式、最优PID式、模糊式3种附加控制器,通过孤立电网的仿真验证了这3种调速附加控制在孤网中的效果。

Abstract:Simple frequency feedback control is unable to balance the power,leaving the system frequency vulnerable to large offset and surging.Although power-frequency electric-hydraulic governor can control the power,it has adverse effect on primary frequency modulation.Therefore,this paper introduces the additional control of speed governor: with power deviation as feedback,three additional controllers have been designed — the proportion type,optimal PID type,and fuzzy type.An isolated grid simulation verifies the effect of the three types of additional speed control on the isolated grid.
