| 摘 要： | 通过对绝缘外壳零件现场生产工序简单分析，着重介绍了冲裁模的结构和动作原理，并对模具部分零件设计作了说明，最终完成了冲裁模具结构设计。实践证明此模具结构合理，操作方便，生产效率高。 |

| Abstract: | Through the simple analysis of the field producing procedure of the insulation shell part, the structure and operation principle of the die were introduced. Design of some die parts were also explained. The structural design of the blanking die was finished. Practice has proved that the die is with proper structure, convenient to operate, and with high efficiency. |
