| Abstract: | After the on - the - spot survey and investigation, this paper, in accordance with the historical record and on the basis of the comprehensive analyses of drought disaster in Shandong Province, reveals the characteristics of the changes in drought disaster, explains the origin of drought disaster in Shandong Province, and puts forward disaster- reduction counter measure of drought disaster. |
