微波水热法制备纳米晶研究进展

摘    要:介绍了微波加热和加速反应的原理,总结了微波水热法合成技术的特点,综述了微波水热法制备纳米金属氧化物和硫化物以及复合氧化物粉体的研究进展和现状.

SYNTHESIS OF NANOCRYSTALLITES BY MICROWAVE HYDROTHERMAL PROCESS

Abstract:The principles of microwave heating and reaction accelerating were presented. The characteristics of the microwave hydrothermal process were summarized. The research advance and current situation of preparation of metallic oxides and metallic sulfides and multiple oxides by microwave hydrothermal process were reviewed briefly.
