车载升降桅杆模态分析及试验测试

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对车载升降桅杆进行模态分析,计算桅杆的前11阶固有频率及振型;开展了桅杆振动频率特性测试,获得了模拟负载下、车辆安装实际环境下的试验数据;将工程分析情况与试验测试结果作了对比验证,结果表明,两者的最大偏差为7.8%,符合性比较好.另外,通过调整桅杆材料、桅杆升起总高度,桅杆横截面面积,讨论了桅杆参数的改变对桅杆振动特性的影响.该模态分析和测试是桅杆结构优化设计、桅杆光电系统伺服控制和桅杆进一步动力学分析的基础.

Abstract:Modal analysis of a vehicle-mounted lifting mast is done by making use of the engineering software ANSYS,the mast's top 11 natural frequencies and mode shapes are found.On the other hand,under the simulative loads and vehicle-mounted real circumstance,the mast's vibration frequencies are tested.The maximal relative deviation of 7.8% shows the testing result obtained is consistent with simulation one.In addition,by changing material property,total lifting height and cross-section area of the mast,it is discussed how change of mast parameters exerts an influence on its natural frequencies and mode shapes.All above-done is the basis of structure optimization,servo control of photoelectric system and further dynamic analysis of the mast.
