金刚石合成用W型叶蜡石传压介质的研究

摘    要:本文采用W型叶蜡石作为超高压高温合成金刚石的传压介质,分析了其主要化学成分与矿物相组成。对W型叶蜡石粉压块的粒度效应与高压胶体的尺寸效应进行了较详细的研究,确定了该传压介质的粒度组成与几何尺寸。超高压高温合成金刚石试验表明,W型叶蜡石的传压性能相当理想,金刚石合成效果好。这一结果为超硬材料高压合成与多晶烧结体所用传压介质的政择开辟了新的徐径。

Abstract:W-pyrophyllite is used as pressure medium for high temperature and high pressure synthesis of diamond. Analysis is made on its chemical composition and mineral phase.By studying the grain-size effect of the pressed powder cake of W-pyrophyllite and the size effect of the high pressure cell, a reasonable size fraction and a geometric size are established for the pressure medium. The test under high temperature and high pressure synthesis of diamond shows that the synthesis results are good and the pressure medium properties are very satisfactory. Thus is provided a new choice for pressure medium for high pressure synthesis of superhard materials and polycrystalline sintered compact.
