| 摘 要： | 讨论了溶胶－凝胶法制备组分范围为ｘＴｉＯ２（１００－ｘ）ＳｉＯ２（ｘ＝５，１０，２０，３０ｍｏｌ％）的掺杂ＣＯ２。研究了各种掺杂条件对掺杂玻璃物化性能及结构的影响，ＴｉＯ２－ＳｉＯ２玻璃结构均一，反射率较高，透光性良好，能广泛应用于光学元件，如光学纤维等。

| Abstract: | Ti-doped silica glasses x TiO 2(100-x)SiO 2(x=5,10,20,30mol%)synthesized by sol-gel method were discussed ,and the physical and chemical properties and structure affected by doping situations were researched in this paper.The TiO 2-SiO 2 glasses possessed even structure,high refractive index and excellent optical transparence,which can be widely used as optical components,such as optical fibres etc. |
