举升机构液压系统的动力学仿真分析

摘    要:利用Adams软件建立了某大型雷达升降设备的虚拟样机模型,并对该模型中液压系统的动态性能进行了仿真分析.通过控制重要结构参数进行仿真分析,找出了关键参数是负载和油液中的空气含量.仿真结果表明该设备的设计参数合理,动态性能良好,仿真结果同时也为优化设计提供了理论基础.

Abstract:Adams analysis software to build a vitual simulation model which analyses the hydraulic system of lift-up equipment was used, and the hydraulic system was simulated and analyzed. By controling important parameters to carry out simulation, the load and undissolvable air content are the most important parameters. The result shows that the design parameters of the equipment are reasonable and the dynamic performance of the equipment are better, It also provides a theoretical base for the design and optimization.
