TD-LTE多频、分层组网的业务连续性研究

摘    要:本文基于提升LTE多频、分层网下用户的业务感知,使用MR(测量报告)、扫频、切换性能等多维数据,全面评估异频共站小区、异频邻区的覆盖连续性和切换点,设定异频测量、切换参数,开展了多频网驻留策略、频间业务连续性、异频切换算法等多方面的研究,减少不必要的异频测量和切换、合理均衡各频段小区的业务承载,通过海量的MR数据,自动判别覆盖连续性、自动设定异频测量门限、自动计算异频邻区间的切换偏置,改善边缘用户的频繁重选导致手机接入感知下降、续航能力降低等问题。

Abstract:The business to enhance the perception of multi frequency LTE, hierarchical network user based, the use of MR (the measurement report), a number of data sweep frequency, switching performance, comprehensive assessment of different total station area, non adjacent area coverage and continuity of the switching point, set measurement, switching parameters, carried out various studies, resident strategy multi frequency network business continuity, different-frequency switching algorithm, measurement and reduce unnecessary switching, reasonable and balanced the band area of business through the bearing, a huge amount of MR data, automatic identification, automatic setting of continuous coverage measurement, automatic calculation of different frequency offset threshold switching adjacent interval, frequent improve edge user the gravity caused the perceived decline, mobile phone access endurance reduce problems. Priority to use MR data, test download rate in the country has maintained the top five of the level, innovation is better.
