西门子M15型拉线机恒张力系统模糊自整定PI控制研究

摘    要:针对由西门子引进的M15型拉线机在负载变化较大时,由于其恒张力控制系统的鲁棒性变差而影响拉线质量的问题,提出了用模糊自整定PI参数控制器替其收线机转速环常规PI控制器的方法,对拉线机的收线张力进行智能控制,实验结果表明,该控制方案使系统在各种拉线状态下,都得到很好的控制效果。

Abstract:The robustness of the constant tension control system become inferior so as to affect the quality of the cable, when the load of pulling wire machine M?15 importing from SIEMENS co. Varies seriously. To solve this problem, this paper presents a method with the fuzzy self-adapt PI controller to replace the traditional PI controller, and introduces intelligent control to the tension regulation. The experiment results prove that the control method has better effect than the traditional PI control in all sorts of polling wire states.
