防火用电缆隧道隔断门的传热性能研究

摘    要:防火隔断是电力、冶金、通讯等行业电缆隧道防火的一项重要措施.根据电缆隧道火灾事故特点,利用机械力学和传热学原理,设计了一种新型防火用电缆隧道隔断门,选用冷轧钢板和硅酸铝纤维毡作为主要材料,耐火极限>72min.通过对门的传热性能的研究,为防火门的设计和改进提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Fire blocking obstruction is an important measure used in electric cable channel in power station, metallurgy and communication trades. According to the character of firing mishap in electric cable channel, we have designed a new fire - blocking door of electric cable channel based on the mechanics and thermal conductive principle. The fire - blocking limit of the fire - blocking door, which used cold rolling sheet steel and fibred felt of aluminum silicate as the main material, is above 72 min. With the studies of performance of thermal conductivity of the door, the theoretical foundation of design and development of the door has been built.
