地下车库逆作法施工

随着深基坑支护技术的发展，逆作法在地下工程施工中得到广泛应用。世茂滨江花园地下车库采用逆作法施工技术，外围采用地下连续墙作支护，中间支承柱采用钢管混凝土，其下采用大直径钻孔灌注桩作基础，土方施工采用盆式开挖法进行开挖。成功地解决了本工程施工场地小，基坑面积大而工期要求紧的问题。

Underground Garage Construction by Reversed Construction Method

With the development of retaining and protecting technology for deep pit, the reversed construction method has been widely used in the underground construction. The underground garage of Shimao Riverside Garden was constructed by reversed construction method. Underground retaining walls are used for supporting the exterior construction of the underground garage all around. The middle-bearing columns are made of concrete filled steel tubular structure with the foundation of large-diameter bored and cast-in-site piles. Basin excavation was used in earthwork. It has solved the problem, which are narrow space, large foundation excavation and shortage of time.
