| Abstract: | There are some problems in the development of enterprises with extensive operation and management. Based on these problems, this article comes up with a quality management mode for conducting quality management reform within these enterprises, and also explains in details of some extent on the background and implication of the quality value chain; besides, this article also puts forward concrete methods on how to establish the mode of quality value chain for enterprises. |
