我国不同级别高炉的基建投资和生铁成本的比较

摘    要:通过对三个不同级别高炉(300m~3、1200m~3和2500m~3)单位投资成本和生铁经营成本的对比分析,可知单位生铁投资成本2500m~3级高炉最高,300m~3级高炉最低,而单位生铁经营成本2500m~3级高炉最低,300m~3级高炉最高。如果投资成本和生铁经营成本统一起来考虑,则每吨生铁总的成本大体在同一水平上,因此当前大中小高炉并存是必然的结果。

Abstract:Through the comparative analysis of capital construction cost per ton pig iron and production cost per ton pig iron on three scales BFs (300,1 200 and 2 500 m3),a conclusion is reached as follows:the lowest production cost per ton pig iron is on 2 500 m3,the highest one is on 300 m3,the lowest capital construction cost per ton pig iron is on 300 m3,the highest one is on 2 500 m3;but the total production cost per ton pig iron on three scales BFs is basically the same.Hence,at present the large,middle and small BFs are existing simultaneously in China,this is a certainty.
