| 摘 要： | 本文阐述澳大利亚高等教育在政策上对欧洲博洛尼亚进程,特别是对毕业证书附件政策的回应--构建并实施"澳大利亚高等教育毕业声明"."声明"旨在满足知识型劳动力的流动需求,推动学术和职业资质(文凭、学位、证书)认证的国际化与透明度.研究澳大利亚高等教育国际化的创新政策与理念,意在与世界学术同仁一起探讨博洛尼亚进程对亚太地区高等教育的影响.
