新型蒸汽吹灰器密封技术的改进

电站燃煤锅炉的长杆蒸汽吹灰器,在运行过程中容易出现枪管卡涩、吹灰介质(蒸汽或水)和炉内飞灰泄露等问题.采用特殊设计的蒸汽吹灰器专用密封装置,改进吹灰器穿墙密封结构,可以较好地解决这些问题,其中,专用密封装置由滑动密封、压紧装置和填料组等三部分组成,滑动密封又包括自动跟踪密封和伺服环两部分,该结构不仅能确保内外枪管的径向移动,而且密封性能良好,吹灰器穿墙密封也能取得较好的效果.
