丙烯酸共聚物多相乳液聚合机理的探讨

摘    要:为合成出应用前为水溶性而应用后为抗水性、同时做载体和快速成膜剂的树脂,采取油溶和水溶混合引发体系产借助微量铜离子及少量乳化剂在水醇介质中进行了乳液聚合及测试实验。在实验取得成功的基础上,探讨了多相乳液聚合反应的机理,指出介质中进行的是溶液聚合,单体内进行的是本体聚合,整体上是多相的乳液聚合。

Abstract:Emulsion polymerization is carried out and tested in water alcohol media using oil water soluble mixed initiating agent and by means of trace copper ioins and a few emulfying agent to sythesise a resin being water soluble before application and water repellent after application and meanwhile acting as a carrier and a quick film former.On the successful test basis,polymerization reaction mechanism of multiphasic emulsion is discussed,and it shows that what occurs is solution polymerization in the media and is bulk polymerization in monomer,and is multiphasic emulsion polymerization as a whole.
