浅议城市内河的整治开发

许多城市都是临水发展起来的。随着城市的的扩张，许多河流逐渐发展为城市的内部河流。而目前许多城市的内河受污染严重，环境恶劣，周边地区的发展缓慢。该文结合目前国内对城市内河的开发整治过程中存在的问题，对城市内河究竟应如何整治开发进行了思考，从态度到手段都作了初步探索。

Renovation and Development of Urban River

Many cities developed along the river. As cities extend, many rivers gradually become urban rivers. However, at present a lot of urban rivers have been seriously polluted, causing severe environments and slow devebpment in surrounding areas. This article ponders howfo renovate and devebp urban rivers combining with problems in current devebpment process in China, and primarily probes into both affitudes and measures.
