摘    要:依据光栅衍射原理,采用电荷耦合器件CCD作为探测器,通过测量入射激光成像点在电视靶面坐标系中的脱靶量,确定光栅的入射角和衍射角,提出了一种利用固定式平面反射光栅测量远场未知方位入射激光波长的方法。介绍了该方法的原理及光学系统结构,阐述了成像点脱靶量与光栅入射角和衍射角的关系,推导了入射激光的波长计算公式,结合光学系统的结构给出了计算波长测量误差的表达式。远场测量模拟实验验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:Based on the principle of grating diffraction, by us in g television measuring system to measure the offset between the imaging of incid ent laser and the optical axis to confirm the angle of incidence and the angle o f diffraction of the grating, a method of measuring incident laser wavelength in far field with grating is brought up.The measurement principle and the optical system of this method are introduced. The expressions of calculating laser wavel ength are educed in detail.The expressions of calculating the precision of wavel ength measurement are presented,after analyzing the structure of measurement sys tem.The feasibility of this method is testified by the simulation experiment of far field measurement.
