空心抽油杆摩擦焊接头断裂失效分析

摘    要:文章对断裂失效构件20CrMo+35CrMo为材质的空心抽油杆摩擦焊接头进行了分析。结果表明,该失效的摩擦焊接头,由于在焊接中采用了弱工艺规范致使热影响区宽度过度,尤其是20CrMo一侧的焊接热影响区中存在较宽的正火软化区,从而降低了接头强度,成为构件的薄弱环节,是该抽油杆断裂失效的主要原因。

Abstract:The failured hollow sucker rod friction welded joint with constructional steel 20CrMo+35CrMo has been analysed in this paper. The results show that friction welding in a tender specification led to a wider heat affected zone(HAZ), especially a wider soft HAZ ,therefore the strength of the friction welded joint is liable to lower and should be responsible for early fracture failure in use.
