| 摘 要： | 文章分析了目前高职院校教师绩效管理考核中普遍存在的一些问题。运用人力资源绩效管理和绩效考核相关理论,提出了构建具有高职特色的教师绩效管理考核体系,并对其进行了阐析。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current performance management, appraisal of teachers in Higher Vocational Schools prevalent in some of the problems. The use of human resources performance management and performance appraisal related theories put forward to build a vocational teacher characteristics, performance management appraisal system, and the interpretation of them. |
